Easter Happiness

I have some Easter cards to share today, I have used the Echo Park Easter Wishes collection.  My inspiration came from Anya's Projects on Scrapbook.com, she has lots of beautiful cards on there, pop over and take a look.

I have used papers from the Easter Wishes collection along with several fussy cut bits and bobs, I cut the clouds using dies from the Crafter's Companion Colour Your World collection.

I used velum to separate the little scene from the base and used a Scalloped Edge Die to cut the border at the top.

Me & You

I have four more Valentine cards to share today.  I have used the Photoplay Smitten collection .  I previously posted four other cards using this collection, you can find them HERE if you missed them.

Playing with paper is definitely my favourite, I just love cutting and layering up patterned papers.  I used the cover sheet as the background on this card, I just added die cut ovals, a sticker and a punched border tied with twine.

I used three of the papers, a topper and some stickers on this card.

I used the opposite triangles of paper that were left from the previous card here along with some stickers.

For my final card, I used more of the papers, a topper and some stickers.  I made a rosette from one of the papers and topped it with a sticker.

We have just started planting seeds for the veg garden and greenhouse, it's going to get busy in the garden over the next few months, I'm really looking forward to the warmer weather and spending some time outside.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today, your company is much appreciated - I hope to get some time to visit everyone this week, fingers crossed!

Blooming Hello

I'm sharing some more cards that I created with the December 2024 Spellbinders Club Kit, this time I have used the Small Die of the Month and the Embossing Folders in the kit.

The flowers are from the December 2024 Small Die of the Month and the sentiment is from an old kit, the November 2023 Stamp & Die of the Month.  I used the embossing folder from the December kit for the background along with some striped paper from my stash.

For my second card I used flowers from the Small Die of the Month again, the scalloped circles and border are from the Simple Vintage Flower Shoppe collection from Spellbinders, the background is the 3D Embossing Folder of the Month and the sentiment is the November 2023 Stamp & Die of the Month.

That's all for now, hopefully catch you again soon.

Hello

I've been playing with the December 2024 Spellbinders Club Kit again, this time I have used the Small Die of the Month.

For my first card I have used the die as it is supposed to be used, I cut it from black card stock and used pink for the background and flowers, I thought it contrasted nicely.

For my second card I cut into the 'H' to create an 'I' - I saw a card like this on Instagram and liked it so I thought I would have a go. I used black card stock again, this time I used some pale yellow paper for the background.

For my final card I used white card stock and some brighter yellow paper for the background.

Thanks so much for visiting today, I will be back in a couple of days with some more cards, I hope you will join me then.

Happy Times

Here are four more cards that I created using the May 2023 card kit from Spellbinders.

I have only used items from the kit - papers, stickers, ephemera and sentiments.

I have also fussy cut items from the papers.

This collection is so pretty, I love the colours.

Everything you need is in the kit, all you have to do is add adhesives.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today, your company is much appreciated.

Monster Love

I have created some cards using the Spellbinders December 2024 Club Kits, I used the Large Die of the Month, the Clear Stamp & Die of the Month and the Embossing Folder of the Month, they are love themed.

This first card uses one of the monsters from the Large Die of the Month, there are also dies to create a pop-up card but I didn't use those, I attached my monster with an action wobbler.  I created the background using my Crafter's Companion Confetti Cut In Die - the sentiment is part of the collection .

For this card I used the fun monsters again, I used the Embossing Folder of the month to create the background and the sentiment is another die in the collection.

For my final card I used the Clear Stamp and Die of the Month along with some papers from my stash.

The inspiration for the second and third cards came from Tina - Cards and Coffee Time, she creates lots of beautiful cards.

I am glad you took the time to visit my blog and read this post, I will be back in a couple of days with some more cards.

XOXO

I had a little play with my Photoplay Smitten collection a while ago and created some valentine cards.

For this card I used two of the papers, some elements from the ephemera pack to create the little banner, flowers from the sticker sheet and a sentiment fussy cut from one of the toppers.

This time I used four of the papers, some bits and pieces from the sticker sheet and a topper from the paper pad.

Everything on this card is from the collection with the exception of a little heart cut from velum.  I often use velum to separate a focal point from the background when the background is a little fussy, it helps the focal point to stand out a bit.

Again, everything on this card is from the Smitten collection, I used a Crafter's Companion die to cut the dotty banner from one of the papers, the heart and small sentiment are from the sticker sheet and I cut the larger sentiment from one of the toppers in the paper pad.

Thank you for popping in today - please leave a comment so that I can come and visit you.
